We started this practice because we wanted two things:
To help kids and families communicate with confidence.
To create the kind of workplace we always wished for — one with fair pay, flexibility, and a life outside of work.
We know firsthand how hard it can be to balance a therapy career with family, passions, and just living. That’s why we’re looking for someone who values both the joy of this work and a healthy work-life balance.
The Role
6–12 hours a week in Cayuga County to start — you choose when you work within the caseload needs. Potential to service private pay patients at our Skaneateles Office.
Provide fun, functional therapy to pediatric clients (individual or small groups).
Implement treatment plans that reflect each child’s unique goals.
Keep session notes and progress reports simple but thorough.
Who We’re Hoping to Find
A licensed NY state SLP with CCCs who has pediatric experience (school, private practice, teletherapy). We are not considering CFs for this role.
Someone who’s reliable, kind, and loves connecting with families.
Comfortable working independently on-site and managing a small caseload.
What We Offer
Truly flexible scheduling around what is important to you.
Fair pay that respects your skills and time. This is a 1099 position that will pay $80-$100/hr, depending on experience and caseload type.
A team that understands if your kid gets sick or you need a mental health day — because we’ve been there.
We handle the administrative end, no duties beyond therapy & notes.
Fine Print
You’ll need a valid NYS driver’s license and reliable transportation.
We will run a background and NSOR check prior to employment.
